
Yoga for Runners Workshop
Running and yoga are complementary practices which both support movement, breath and the mind.
Focusing on the main muscle groups used during running, this extended flow to restore class will include both dynamic vinyasa flow and more calming sequences, with time for relaxing, restoring and rejuvenating.
In this workshop, you will learn key yoga postures that you can incorporate into your pre and post running routine, as well as breath techniques to support you. One yoga workshop won’t make you a better runner, but maybe some of the knowledge you’ll take from this workshop can serve to support your running both physically and mentally.
