Studio Policy Class Policies and Terms & Conditions

Booking

Everyone must create their own Reformer Pilates Nenagh account on LegitFit to join classes.
Everyone must sign up for classes with their own account in their own name (a friend or family member may not book you a place under their name).
Everyone must sign and agree to our liability waiver to attend the studio.
Group classes may not be suitable for you if you have any injuries, ailments or physical impairment. Please contact us in advance of booking in this instance.

Studio Arrivals

Please arrive 5 minutes before your class starts.
When you arrive at the studio please ensure that your phone is turned off so as not to disturb others in class.

Clothing

Please wear comfortable workout clothing that you can move easily in.
NO BUTTONS OR ZIPPERS ON CLOTHES ALLOWED (yes, even those tiny zippers at your bum or leg!). They will cause discomfort for you when lying down but they also risk ripping of damaging the upholstery on the Reformer.
No jewellery should be worn.

Cancellations

ALL group class cancellations must be done yourself from your LegitFit account.
Sometimes you may find you need to contact us to cancel a private lesson. In this instance please email (@Craig to conform email address) to cancel AT LEAST 24 hours before your booking.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for group classes and for private classes. Pop-up classes and workshops will have their cancellation policy stated at the time of scheduling. Any classes cancelled with less notice than the above will be a ‘late cancellation’ and payable at full price/class pass deducted.
When you cancel a lesson within the time window your pass will be returned to your LegitFit account to be used at another time convenient to you.

Returns Policy

No refunds, extensions, or transfers are offered on any purchased passes.
Should a refund be granted for special circumstances within 14 days of purchase, you will be charged for all attended classes at the applicaple rate to the amount of classes attended, not the dicounted rate obtained from buying a bulk package. Any additional charges owed from the loss of your discount will be deducted from the value of the pass to be returned.

Pass Expiry

Expiry range is listed with pricing.
Gift vouchers have no expiry date.
