I am delighted to offer Yoga, Mat Pilates, and Reformer Pilates Teacher Training right here in my Nenagh studio. I’m fortunate to collaborate with some of the most talented and inspiring teachers in Ireland – and beyond – and it’s with immense pride that I am now working alongside some of my own mentors to bring you teacher training of the highest standard.
