
Absolute Beginners Workshop
This workshop is perfect for you if you want to try yoga but don’t know where to start!
Over the 2 hours you will learn about the equipment used in yoga, structure and etiquette of a yoga class, simple yogic breathing, simple yoga poses, sun salutations, why the relaxation is important and how best to enjoy it.
You will gain an understanding of the types of yoga available on my timetable and receive guidance as to which classes will be most suitable for you.
Trying something new can be daunting. We have all been that new person in class, not knowing what to do and worrying about doing something silly. We all know these thoughts, because we’ve all been there.
That’s why I’ve created this workshop.
